It’s party time! Our good friends from Psockadelic had done us a good one with this Endless Summer party at the Pour House in Oceanside! Everybody was there, your mom, your dad, even your ex’s! Radio Moscow kicked ass as always with their psychedelic blues and surprisingly Figgy’s new side band, WRIT opened up the place with a bang! The first of many awesome times with Psockadelic, cheers fellas!
Ben Horton, the mastermind artist behind $LAVE Skateboards, had an opening reception of his solo show, BLIND SPOT at the Hill Street Country Club art gallery in Oceanside. The exhibit will be up until May 13th. So check back with the gallery for more info if you’re around Oceanside. For now, check out some photos I took at the opening.
Thanks to the Brixton homies for inviting the Active Ride Shop employees & shop riders for a night at the new headquarters in Oceanside during our annual Willabong event! It was a rad time being able to watch our employees & riders shred the new bowl with everyone at Brixton. Afterwards we took on our celebration to The Saloon in Encinitas. It was truly unfortunate to hear the next day of the passing of Brixton family member, Ian “Poods” Barry, after watching him ripping the bowl with us. Our thoughts & prayers to friends & family of Ian. #poodsforever!
Be there at the Roll Dawgs Zine #3 Release Party Skate Jam @ Oceanside’s Melba Bishop Skate Park!
Our boy Morgan AKA Lucky AKA Morgnar (More Gnar… get it??), gives us another video gem featuring Dakota and Anthony Pshebelski at the Oceanside park “Melba Bishop”.
