How often do you get to meet your favorite pro’s? Meeting them has always been anticipating yet intimidating, especially with legends like Guy Mariano, Eric Koston, Mike Carroll, Brian Anderson, Ishod Wair, Andrew Brophy, & Tyler Bledsoe on the line-up!… The Fourstar Team came through Active Long Beach on Saturday and drew in an endless crowd! Many fans of the Fourstar team came from all over Southern California (and who knows where else) just to see their favorite pros. Everyone who attended received a raffle ticket to win a whole Fourstar collection of either a Guy, Koston, Carroll, or O’Neill line. Thanks to everybody who came out! Here are some photos from that day:
Cruised it to Girl Headquarters in beautiful Torrance, CA to film a product review with Marque, Marcello, & Mario… the 3 Mar’s. The first review was the line of Royal Trucks with Mike Carroll and designer Christian Morin. After that we reviewed the new Howard Shoe with Rick Howard & designer Scott Johnston. Video will be up soon, check out the photos!
It was a pretty sweet Trunk Boyz demo here at the Active Park. After having minds blown by the “Pretty Sweet” film, many fans of Girl & Chocolate came out of their way to the headquarters in good ol’ middle-of-nowhere Mira Loma, California to see their favorite team riders shred in person. Needless to say, Raven Tershy, Elijah Berle, Cory Kennedy, Mike Mo, & Sean Malto demolished rather than demonstrated the park! While the OG’s: Rick Howard, Mike Carroll, & Chris Roberts watched on. The Active Ride Shop team riders, also known as the “Active Army” were also throwing down hammers with the Trunk Boyz. The #prettysweet hashtag made its way through the night as the fans had their photo ops with the team. After the demo, everyone had the chance to meet & greet the team through the autograph signing and even more photo ops. Thanks to Sam Smyth & Jason Callaway at Girl for coming through as well as getting some of the team to the park after a long trip around the world!

At the end of the demolition demonstration, there was a #prettysweet signing. BIG thanks to Rick Howard, Mike Carroll, Raven Tershy, Cory Kennedy, Elijah Berle, Sean Malto, Chris Roberts, & Mike Mo for cruising through, signing autographs, shredding, & stoking out the fans!

We just got in the new Girl Skateboards x Hella Kitty 2 x Mike Carroll collab. I still don’t quite understand this, all I know is that if you want your hands on this product you should pick it up before it’s gone… hopefully forever.

When we asked GIRL if we could do an “Industry Profile” on them, they said sure but we have something better for you guys… an orientation video. Just like the crappy ones you see in school, but only better. And with pros. And skateboards. And it’s about GIRL. And it’s funny.
