We went behind the scenes of a new live hill bombing series on ETN called “Kamikazes”. The time trial contenders were Active Pro’s Don “Nuge” Nguyen and Brian “Slash” Hansen along with Raven Tershy and Tom Remillard. Frank Gerwer was on speed radar duty and commentary. It was quite a night for the DC Shoes collab release party with the infamous Big Brother Magazine. If you don’t know, Big Brother was a highly controversial skateboarding magazine at the time (1992 – 2004) that eventually led to Jackass, WildBoyz, etc… To those who skated during those times, Big Brother brings back nostalgia from that era.

Heroin Skateboards premiers “BATH SALTS” at the Regent Theatre in Los Angeles. It’s skateboarding in its rawest entirety on video. It was also the night that Heroin team rider, Tony Karr turned pro, congrats! Following after, The Bots performed a set. Skateboarding is one helluva drug!
